Who we are
Cook Italy is a foundation born in Chicago and created by Italians and Italian-Americans who joined together with the undivided goal to teach others about the importance of gastronomic education and how to lead a healthy lifestyle by educating in enjoyable and entertaining ways.
Cook Italy is made possible with the assistance of Italian food distributing companies, university health centers, local chefs, as well as our participating sponsors.
Mr. John Nitti is the Founding President
Mr. Carl Scianna is the Chairman of Activity in Chicago.
Cook Italy is now expanding to Houston and will be inaugurated in 2009!
